Google-Extended is a robots.txt token only — Google sends no Google-Extended user-agent string, and the rule is evaluated against ordinary Googlebot fetches. In this site's generated robots.txt, the Google-Extended token is disallowed from /tests/ai-modern-crawlers/blocked/google-extended while Googlebot carries no disallow anywhere in this group, so a crawler that distinguishes the training-control token from the search crawler reads two different policies from one file.
